Small container, Have been using nightly for a month. Noticed the scars getting softer and not as tight. Not sure if the appearance has changed much but the texture is about 20% better. The formula is soft and easy to put on, lotion like and easy to wash off. There is not a fragrance which is nice. And its not greasy so you dont need to worry about it getting on your clothes at night.

This cream was recommended to me by two surgeons to help heal scars. I've been applying it nightly, as directed, and it seems to be working! In the past, my scars have stayed red for quite a while, but the Mederma really seems to help reduce the redness. It does have a bit of a fragrance, as others have noted, but I don't find it offensive at all.

I can’t stand the smell but it did seem to be lightening by acne dark spots/scars. Unfortunately don’t think I’ll be able to continue to use it though, because the smell bothered me too much.

I'm using it on two different scars right now and so far I'm noticing a difference. One review said the smell was gross but I think it smells fine, has a light floral/perfume-y s scent to it

Mederma seems to be working great. One picture six weeks after surgery. The other is two weeks after surgery after the staples were removed. I really wasn’t concerned about having a scar. It’s by like showing I went through the procedure of a knee replacement. I just thought I’d try it and see if it works. I would buy again and even a second jar.
