Do you ever lean up against the corner of a wall so that it puts pressure on your back muscles? Do you ever feel like you need longer arms to reach that spot between your shoulder blades? This tool helps reach that spot and relieve tight knots and pressure in muscles. Theres many different ways to use it for different areas as it shows on the description. I would recommend to everyone. Caught my husband using it on his neck the other day. Durability is good, it comes with a screwdriver to attach the parts with a single screw. Quality is good.

Well made, very solid. 2 pieces in the box. Push it together and put in 2 of the 3 supplied screws(1 spare I guess) and screw it together with the nice Phillips screwdriver also supplied. Included nstructions help you figure out how to use this crazy looking gizmo. Used it on my calf, relieved some of my tightness.

Works as it should. Comfortable the hold. Wish the end knob was a little bigger. Easy to use great price.

Look .. you got constant aches and pains from an interesting life such as I, this is your ticket. I saw this a couple of days ago after a coworker bought and I laughed. I tried it... I bought one 5 minutes later. This thing can dig into knots and loosen you up in ways you can't imagine. Yeah it hurts to do it. But it also hurts to nurse a stuff neck or shoulder forever. If you read this buy it

I'll have to work on my technique, but this cane gives me a chance to massage areas on my back and shoulders that were hard to hit before. My first impression of the device itself is very good. It comes in two pieces to make it easier to mail. I was expecting that. But it's made of a heavier material than I expected and it came with three screws (only two are needed, so the extra one is a nice touch) as well as a screwdriver. And not just a little dinky pseudo-screwdriver, but a real honest-to-god screwdriver, so it went together easily. The owner's manual shows a large number of ways to use the cane for specific parts of the body, a trigger point map of the body, and even a page on some helpful stretches to use before using the cane. I'm very pleased. This shows that even with a simple product, somebody gave it a lot of thought and did it right.

I bought two of these strange looking massagers. One for myself and one for my brother. I haven't heard how it works for him, but, for me, it's absolutely the best massager I have ever found for the knots in my shoulders. It comes with great instructions that are easy to guide you how to position the cane for the best results. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

I like the product, but the screw holes didn't line up well. I tried pushing down the top, it didn't help. Then tried hammering it down a bit. It didn't help, just make marks on it. The screw tops stick out sideways and out on it because it didn't line up. I will put tape over the screw tops so I don't get cut on them.

It was a little tough to put together, and I had someone a little stronger than me help push the parts together. We weren’t able to align it perfectly, so the screws didn’t sink perfectly in to place. But they aren’t up enough to interfere with the grip. But once assembled, it’s great. Easy to use, and so very helpful to work out knots and tension in the back. I love it.

It looks like a torture device, and it does contribute to pain. BUT, self induced. Massage arthritic neck. Was injuring my elbow with too much pressure trying to massage area. Now with good ergonomics using this device, its 100 % better for my arms and my neck. I did put a felt pad on the end which makes it more comfortable when massaging

Sturdy and good quality. Does the job really well. I have severe fibromyalgia and I use this to relieve muscle pain throughout the body. Highly recommend!

Love this tool, has so many pressure options

I have as gift to a client, has a chance to try it today and it is firm, able to get quite a bit of pressure. Will update if anything negative happens with it.
