ETTG BP88 Camera Waterproof Digital Video Camera 2.7" TFT Screen 5mp Underwater 9 Mega 8X Zoom Digital Camera - Yellow

I bought this camera for a Hawaii trip at the last minute. I had no way of testing it under water and the one picture I took in the house before leaving was fine. However, once the vacation started and I wanted to start photo documenting our trip, I am very disappointed in this camera. The pictures that it takes in the normal outdoor setting are awful. If it is dark inside, with no glaring lights or sunshine it will be ok. However, it is impossible to set the exposure correctly so the back lighting doesn't wash out the entire picture. As for the underwater pictures, they were good, but when you are under water you cannot see the screen clear enough to even know if you are taking a picture or not. After playing with it a couple of days, I set the shutoff time to the max so it wouldn't turn off on me without me knowing it, and then memorized the buttons by touch. That way I knew if I was taking a picture or a movie. This camera is a pain, and not worth the frustration or the price! I am attached 2 pictures so you can see for yourself. Is it worth carrying 2 cameras around? One for under water, and the other for land picture? Spend more money on a better product, you will be much more happy and have better pictures to show for it.

Average camera. I purchased based on a few positive reviews, and the built-in battery. The shutter response underwater was slow resulting in several blurred photos. This was especially true while snorkeling in less than calm waters. The access door to the USB port was very hard to close and took quite an effort to latch. As a result when I thought the door was latched it was not resulting in the door opening underwater, thereby killing the camera. I will be buying another brand and likely pay more, but, this is definately a case of you get what you pay for.

I used my camera this weekend very nice pictures. Bright and clear. Now waiting for summer to take pics in the pool. Can’t wait. I had to do an update to show the color this camera shows. I’m a caterer so I take a lot of pictures of my food. In kitchen around water sauces and whatever so this is great. Here’s a pic I took I love love love this camera

Camera was fine...took great pictures... however using to take underwater pictures... could not see clearly using LCD SCREEN... could be user error, but when I took pictures normally didn't have problem seeing images using LCD.

couldn't figure out how to put the pictures on to my p/c. probably my own computer ignorance but I wish it was easier to use.

not working would not except memory stick had to send back cost 25 to ship now out cost of camera and shipping so do not have a camera. hope that someone replaces camera and return cost of shipping.

Didn't last two minutes in the water. The main entry door to the inside of the camera, for the charging port and micro SD card, is quite difficult to close, very tight but ultimately secure once you push the closing latch. However, the audio jack is on the bottom of the camera, completely separate from the main entry door, and covered by a flimsy rubber cap. When that popped open in the water, the camera was destroyed. Really bad design, cannot understand why you would need an audio jack underwater and why it needed to be an additional water-entry risk. Prior to this, found screen resolution quite poor and clunky rubber buttons difficult to operate. Wouldn't buy again.

Picture quality could be better and interface a little difficult to navigate.

Discreta macchinetta molto robusta.durata batteria accettabile(50 foto).attensione che senza microcard non funziona perché non ha memoria interna.impermeabilità buona x adesso.galleggia da sola.il tasto x fare le foto è però molto duro da premere e x avere dei buoni risultati sott'acqua bisognerebbe star immobili x almeno 4 secondi....impossibile x cui avere belle foto marine.diversamente le foto sono buone.Abbastanza soddisfatta come regalo x una bimba di 8 anni considerando anche il prezzo.

Lieferung gut, Qualität der Fotos ok, Gerät einmal mit in die Badewanne genommen mit Wasser voll gelaufen. Gerät im September 2017 gekauft, eine Rückgabe ist nicht mehr möglich...bin sehr enttäuscht!!!!
