They nest neatly inside one another for an easy storage solution. The bowls are made of food grade Polypropylene, making them exceptionally durable and shatterproof, and feature a non skid base. A New kind of Biowl
For some reason the yellow bowls were $20 less than the others. I ordered 2 sets and I use them all. The wash Beauvoir ..no stains from cooking tomato soup in the microwave. They are insulted so no hot burned hands from the microwave. The design makes them the perfect bowl for hand mixing. I bought 2 more as a house warming gift for a friend. A must for bakers.Between the new design and the new kind of double lined plastic these are the best bowls I have ever seen.The yellow is a bargain !DeniseSpokaneUpdate the price of the yellow must have been a mistake ...they changed it back. I would still by again at $40 a set. I use both sets.

Love these bowls!
I actually did a lot of internet searching for nested bowls before choosing these. I was looking to replace a bowl that had cracked that was part of a nested set. It was a bowl that I used nearly every day and you know how you can get attached to things that are part of your regular routine.I wanted bowls that would be equally useful for serving and for mixing, so they had to look nice enough for company and be rugged enough for frequent use.In any case, I stumbled upon these bowls and liked the idea of the no-spill lip and the no-slip base and decided to go for it. I'm really glad I did. The bowls are a solid weight, the design is great and I appreciate the no-slip aspect more than I would have expected. And, they're the perfect size.All in all, I would definitely recommend them. Great quality, good price, excellent value.

sounds great, but...
These are a bit too bulky, and stuff doesn't stay inside as it stated. Not quite as big as they sound. That's one big problem with buying online, one doesn't get to see and/or feel the product.The suction type bottoms do keep it in place which is nice.I'm glad the company does recycle these when they're old, that's if the company is still in business.

LOVE THEM
My new favorite mixing bowls. Sturdy, easy to clean and stack nicely together. Grippers on the bottom make them non skid. Would definitely recommend.
