Wenoka EZ-Lock Knife - Dolphin

I love the shape of the blade, it is easy to sharpen and the serrations are very effective. The sheath positively retains the knife and it can be deployed quickly and effortlessly. I wear it on my calf and I've never had a problem. The handle is streamlined and because of it's shape and texture it wont slip or rotate in your hand. I'm very impressed that I've been diving with this knife for 6 years and it has never had one single spot of rust! On the down side, it is so stain resistant because they used 304 stainless steel on the blade, non-heat tempered and very soft. This is acceptable to me because it sharpens nicely and I only use it for emergencies to conserve it's edge. I use a 420 steel dive knife on my BC for most mundane cutting tasks, and I coat both with silicone grease.

I have a similar Wenoka EZ-Lock Knife and it quite literally saved my life 2 days ago. I have had the knife for a couple of years, there is still no rust and the edge has stayed sharp (even though it has gone into the brain cavity of many fish). A tuna wrapped my leg and took me down to the bottom of my line ... no sawing, no waiting ... just one stroke and I was free of the line and swimming towards the surface.
