Terrible 4G speed
Very bad 4G speed, keeps dropping and in the range of 1 to 2Mbps (if lucky), and I am in Edgware, North London..!? It's shameful Three.co.uk calls this 4G, I have been to many countries, using same phone/dongle and even most 3rd world countries have better 4G speeds than this. I had Unlimited version of this two years ago and it was much better but I thing they just add more and more customers without increasing their bandwidth...! A bit better at weekends, but don't hold your breadth. Try EE which is better, but it also has it's good days and bad days. I don't understand why they keep going on about 5G when they can not even deliver a descent 4G....!?

Easy to use sim
Bought this SIM card to mainly use when travelling to the USA. Easy to use that had no connection issues either here or in the USA, data service worked perfectly and didn’t let us down. Good value for money and would strongly recommend.

Inexpensive option for travelers at a fraction of the cost buying it at the Airport.
Very low cost for a lot of data that I couldn't even consume over two weeks in Europe. (Ireland and England. Coverage in Ireland was pretty good but Northwest London's coverage was awful. Had to rely on WiFi in many places even though checking location service online represented signal should be fine. Signal at Heathrow however was strong as were some areas but I can't say I'd recommend this product unless service improves. Areas with poor signal included Hampstead UK.

Great for a US holiday
Cheapest way for family travel with data to the US. Popped this into a small hotspot / mi-fi device and connected the family’s phones to it on “low data mode”. Note that Three cap out of EU roaming to 12GB a month, but this was plenty for two weeks with a family of four.

Used this for a month holiday in UK. Worked well in most places including during driving for maps. Only used about 1/3 of the data over the time but maybe other who stream a lot might use more. Inserted as soon as reached UK and immediately texted a phone number and it worked great. Could not download app (iPhone said not right region) but online account worked fine. I wanted to add a little credit to call Aus but didn’t let me use my Aus credit card, could of purchased that from a shop but I never bothered as that defeats the convenience of pre purchase, but otherwise was a great sim and would recommend for travel data..

After spending an extraordinary amount of time with 2 support people back and forth (both with different stories) I could not get this to work. Thought I had left plenty of time to sort problems out before leaving for the UK but I was wrong. Don't waste your time with this product, nothing but confusion and a support nightmare. You can buy a SIM at the airport with no activation required.

Travelling around the Wilds of East Sussex and Kent was fraught with coverage so patchy I was often unable to plot a route, or make a call. My SIM expired the day before I was due to fly out and I topped it up with £10 to enable me to visit a cousin. A road closure on the way home forced me off the beaten track and at that point my data ran out again, and I was left fumbling around country lanes at 10pm trying to find a village with any sign of life, or signpost leading to a place I recognised. I expected slightly more data for £10
