Machine is fine but We are having a tough time operating it
Machine is fine but We are having a tough time operating it. The metal piece that attaches to the cap is very loose. It comes out every time we lock any bottle cap. I Think we got the faulty machine.

Use it for the right purpose
The product and the service is very good. However the product was not suitable for my application, it does not have enough torque to tighten 31.5mm plastic cap with security seal onto glass bottle. Perhaps it would work better with plastic caps on plastic bottles.

5 gallon bottle
Really good for 5 gallon bottles. I have been using it aroung 6 months every day (industrial use) and unitl now no problem. every day we use this machine for 1500 times
