Q: Can you test negative pressure

Yes. There are two ports on top of instrument. One tests negative pressure and the other tests positive pressure. When testing the pressure differential between two areas you can you either port.

+/- 60" water column or it's equivalent in 10 other units.

Q: What all does the meter come with? What type of accessories

It only comes with 2.- 3/16” hose barb x 1/8” mnpt. Fittings that is it for accessories.
