Not as advertised really
I bought this on the understanding after reading the description that the Apple Smart Cover would connect seamlessly; which is not true.It fits over the back cover but you cannot fold the Smart Cover over as a stand.You can fit the Smart Cover inside the clear back cover but this then stretches and leaves gaps either side of the magnetic strip if iPad.It is reasonably easy to hold and the plastic looks to be quite durable although not had long enough to determine if it will fade or not.So all in all not aesthetically pleasing or as described.

NOT compatible with Apple smart cover
Although the manufacturer claims that this cover is compatible with the Apple Smart Cover, it is not. The magnet does not connect to the iPad through the cover and if the cover is placed over the Smart Cover then the Smart Cover can no longer be used as a stand. I have returned it.

Great ipad case
If you want to save battery power then go for this case, I've learnt the other cases draw out the battery greatly, with the this I mean the magnet ones that click shut, thiz case is fab I'd never use a closed case again, £5.00 well spent 5 stars

Not compatible with Smart Cover
Bought this rear cover for my 9th generation iPad. Although it fits, there is no cut out for the magnetic hinge of the apple Smart Cover. Thus the Smart Cover cannot be used. Protecting the screen is my first priority. I will be returning this item but will lose most of my refund in postage. I wish I hadn’t purchased this item. It’s true - buy cheap buy twice!

Liked it using it now, only thing allows me to use it in holder saves my neck and shoulders strain, important since I have artritis

Wanted this to stabilise my iPad in the bath when placing it on the bath board slot. Protects the iPad from water.

Doesn’t work with Apple Smart Keyboard as advertised
Looks fine but the Apple Smart Keyboard does not work with this cover on, and the magnets aren’t strong enough to attach to the iPad through this cover either, meaning you have to remove the cover to use the keyboard which makes it pretty useless.
