Pepper, Garlic, Soy Sauce and Teriyaki…what a beef jerky recipe! When customers walk into our store for the first time and aren’t sure which jerky to try we give them a sample of the western strip, they buy it every time. This beef jerky is packed full of flavor (many flavors to be exact) but the easiest description is as a peppered teriyaki.

This is a good, flavorful jerky. It isn't, however, what I was expecting, but that is my fault. I wanted a drier, harder jerky, and for that I later chose the "slab style" from Mahogany. This is a moister jerky, but still a great teryaki-ish flavor which made it hard to stop eating. Good choice

BEST JERKY EVER! Ordered twice! Want to order again but shipping cost & corona virus has me outta work. But still I think it’s worth it! Flavor galore- wow!!! I’m a jerky lover. I have an oyster blog - thinking about starting jerky blog! This would without a doubt be my #1 choice for BEEF JERKY!!!!
