All ages
When my son was younger, he played this all the time and got me to play as well. He’s in college now but still loves this. Best for young and old!

A very inventive and enjoyable game
This was bought for my son to use on his 2DS but of course I had to have a go of it, too, just to try it!The main character Kirby appears in several other titles but I steered my son towards this specific game as it had so many positive reviews and is supposed to be one of the best 2/3DS games. It is a platform game, played horizontally across the screen left to right but instead of a sword, or gun or just jumping as your tools/weapons you have yarn/wool to unravel and sort of flick to get you where you want to go or indeed to unravel your enemies. There are numerous power-ups ( a woollen tank) to gain as you go along most of which we have no doubt not yet seen as we haven't fully completed the game.I think the graphics are great as well as the music (in little interludes) and it has so many clever touches that it is verging on being genius really. It oozes charm and a certain British humour that other platform games don't always have though admittedly that won't be for everyone's taste. It is though very, very playable and very beginner (my level) friendly, and it seems that you never really die or get set back that much, which for me makes it a lot less frustrating than some other titles.Everything in the world in which the game is set is sort of fabric-based if that make sense?Like a miniature world composed of the contents of a haberdashery's spares bin. This means that when Kirby goes behind certain game elements, i.e. to get inside somewhere, you see the fabric bulging where he makes progress. He unzips material to open up areas and there are literally hundreds of other fabric-based clever little tricks and touches that show the enormous effort the game designers put into creating this game and the setting. I can only imagine that as well as programming masters they are fans of Sewing B.I'm no hardcore gamer and I generally have a limited attention span for games but this game appeals to me. My son loves it, too, and we both always look forward to playing it. I would say that it is a top quality game and a game that is genuinely suitable and interesting for all ages. It certainly deserves its reputation as one of the best 2/3DS games overall (from what I have played) and I can thoroughly recommend it.

Great Kirby game
Got into Kirby with the Forgotten Land, so missed this game initially. Really happy to find it here, arrived in pristine condition with Nintendo seal still on. The game itself is great fun pleased to add it to my collection.

Doesn’t work in the US
No where in the description did it say that this game can’t be used in the US. My son is very disappointed that he can’t use the Christmas gift that he asked for. Only chose 1 star because none isn’t an option.
