The toilet continues to run. I've adjusted the screw to try and raise/lower the water level but it doesn't seem to do anything. Solutions?

I had the same problem; at first I was successful in taking off the cap and blowing out the valve in there that shuts the thing off. However, my fix did not last long and I ended up purchasing a new unit (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Universal-Toilet-Fill-Valve-400ARP25/100554467) and installing that in place of the original valve assembly. No problems since.

How do I stop moaning coming from aquasource fill valve?

I had exact problem. I replaced the valve. Still had same problem. Finally realized it was the stopper leaking very slowly. I replaced it and the moaning stopped.
