Much brighter than the mid-priced 4-pack I originally bought and returned.Working well with the original halogen light 12V transformer.

Tried different LED GU5.3 bulbs before. All of them started flickering immediately or after few days. These Philips LED bulbs are going strong even after a year. I didn't have to leave any halogen bulbs for load or install driver/transformer.

This was a replacement for a 28 year old bulb from a similar aged 12v transformer system. The bulb is so much brighter and more importantly, a flicker free.

I bought 10 bulbs, and the delivery was swift.The packaging was damaged (photos), and some bulbs appeared to have been opened and put back hastily. There was no seal on any of the bulbs, so it was no way to tell. It seemed quite sketchy, like returned/used products.I put them on, and most of them works but two kept flickers. Luckily I bought more than I need, and manage to get 7/10 working. Because I bought the whole pack, not sure if I can return the faulty ones, so I might keep them.I'd expect these issues with lower end product, not from Phillips.
