If you need to make a lot of cotton candy fast then look no further. This thing puts out cotton candy very fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend the bubble cover because it keeps the floss from flying everywhere. This thing is a little pricey but if you need the reliability of a professional machine then this is it. Highly recommended !

As a long time renter I was aware there is a gap between the center and the metal bowl. Unlike the other reviewer I realized this was just how these machines work. I did not find the instructions confusing at all. This works so quickly and is so powerful.....I love it!!! Wish I had invested in one earlier. Clean up wasn't as complex as I feared and I can't say enough positive things about this machine. Far superior to the rental units I have used. Fantastic!

Machine didnt work out of the box. Vibration and rattle that wasnt supposed to happen. No matter how balanced and how stable it was. Returned for refund. Contacting seller was always a slow process. Was only provided one shipping label. Had to pay over $50 out of pocket to return the item. Seller aware and made no effort to make it right. Refund was given 4 days after item tracking said it was delivered. Will not be doing this again. I'm trying to run a legitimate business and because of product and seller I was forced to hang in limbo with unhappy customers and my time and money tied only to seller's convenience.

The machine works fine, it is really quick and well bulit, make sure you follow the cleaning instructions after each use or you will suffer what I did... after 5 times of using it for 2 months it was not producing anything, the bands inside the motor where full of old sugar, it was really hard to get it off because the sugar was really stuck, almost like concrete... but after it was fixed it has been working great again

This is a great investment. This is not your typical home unit. This is popping out tons of cotton candy, fast. Easy to use. Absolutely love it

The setup here is a little puzzling. There's gap of 2-3 inches between the center of the bowl and the spinner. As a result, the floss tends to clog in the center. I can get about 1 or 2 servings out before it clogs and then the machine has to be shut down, cleared, and restarted. It may very well be that I'm not using it properly. But the instructions it came with are sparse at best (the instructions on the front of the machine itself are more extensive than the instruction booklet) and I just can't figure it out. When it's working, it's excellent, but the setup itself isn't very user-friendly for a novice user.

The product video shows a motor wobble and shows someone that doesnt know how to use the machine, the end product looks terrible and I am not buying this machine because of it. I need a machine asap and I dont know if this one is good or bad. Bad marketing just lost me as a customer.
