Paragon Spin Magic 5 Cotton Candy Machine with Metal Bowl for Professional Concessionaires Requiring Commercial Quality & Construction

We bought this for use at a concession stand for football games. It has held up very well and is very fast at making cotton candy. We use regular cane sugar mixed with Kool-Aid and save a lot of money on what is basically the same thing but packaged as being for cotton candy.

We love our "Spin Magic 5"... It was touch and go the first couple rounds practicing, finally got a hang of it... Was happy to see the Mesh and Metal Clips came with the order... But what we found out, was living in Hawaii which is a very "Humid" living conditions is the Mesh was hard to work with so we did away with Mesh and it worked great! We used it for our 4th of July Event and it was a Big It!! We couldn't keep up with the demand... Which means we did Great!!!

Machine didnt work out of the box. Vibration and rattle that wasnt supposed to happen. No matter how balanced and how stable it was.Returned for refund. Contacting seller was always a slow process. Was only provided one shipping label. Had to pay over $50 out of pocket to return the item. Seller aware and made no effort to make it right. Refund was given 4 days after item tracking said it was delivered.Will not be doing this again. I'm trying to run a legitimate business and because of product and seller I was forced to hang in limbo with unhappy customers and my time and money tied only to seller's convenience.

This is a great investment. This is not your typical home unit. This is popping out tons of cotton candy, fast. Easy to use. Absolutely love it

The product video shows a motor wobble and shows someone that doesnt know how to use the machine, the end product looks terrible and I am not buying this machine because of it. I need a machine asap and I dont know if this one is good or bad. Bad marketing just lost me as a customer.

The machine works fine, it is really quick and well bulit, make sure you follow the cleaning instructions after each use or you will suffer what I did... after 5 times of using it for 2 months it was not producing anything, the bands inside the motor where full of old sugar, it was really hard to get it off because the sugar was really stuck, almost like concrete... but after it was fixed it has been working great again

As a long time renter I was aware there is a gap between the center and the metal bowl. Unlike the other reviewer I realized this was just how these machines work. I did not find the instructions confusing at all. This works so quickly and is so powerful.....I love it!!! Wish I had invested in one earlier. Clean up wasn't as complex as I feared and I can't say enough positive things about this machine. Far superior to the rental units I have used. Fantastic!

Set up and operating instructions are not very clear but I went on you tube and found all I needed to get started. It works great and my grandkids think I'm the best grandma ever. It really does put out as much cotton candy and as fast as they say. There is a nack to getting a nice looking cone but that has nothing to do with the machine.
