Aclam Guitars Smart Track S1 + SoftCase S1 Black Pedalboard with SoftCase

I bought this pedal board after getting tired of velcro.What caught my attention was the modular aspect of the Aclam Guitars pedalboard. Aclam sells accessories like a power supply unit support for mounting underneath the pedal board as well as extensions and more fasteners.This seemed like a good time to buy this model, I found it at a reduced price and I had decided to downsize. I was looking for a board that would hold up to 6 pedals- 4 regular size and 2 minipedals.I got all 6 to fit. They are a little cramped but they did fit. Removing 1 regular size pedal allows for really good spacing.This mounting system is brilliant! No more velcro. The fasteners require nothing more than a flathead screwdriver and a little time to locate your pedals on the board. Very easy!The S1 comes with 2 legs that screw in on the bottom. They are angled and adjustable with a threaded lock.I like it enough to order the PSU support for mounting underneath with the Simple Mounting Support. The Pedal Power Plus 2 and the True Tone 1 Spot both fit. So there is some versatility using that particular mounting kit. The 1 Spot mounts with two longer threaded screws.Another thing that impressed me was the gig bag. Usually when I think of a gig bag I think of the cheap, thin bags that come with most cheaper electric guitars. This isn't one of those! It's higher quality. The zipper is heavy duty and the material is thick! The bottom has padding on the outside. Seems to be reinforced.I am also very happy with the quality of the S1. It seems rock solid and well-built.It's a major upgrade and a convenience. Aclam also has other models available that are bigger sizes and some that do use velcro. I recommend the Smart Track model and would buy it again with no reservations.
