Luxury Ice Cold Brew Dripper Coffee Maker in Stainless Steel and Borosilicate Glass, 1000 ml Silver

It is all glass but easy to handle. So far no breakage and I am a klutz. It makes great coffee. Go to the manufacturer's website for instructions on how to use it. UPDATE: So I broke the upper chamber. Completely my fault. I was able to repair it enough to be able to brew coffee while I waited for a replacement. Yes they have replacement parts on their website. Don't bother calling, nobody answers and it goes to voicemail, just place your order online. Be sure to track your order. I had to contact them by email several times to get the order shipped. They claim my order had been marked for possible spam even though I paid by PayPal. In the end I did get my replacement part. Another thing is that I saw a complaint that it did not brew 1000 ml. While is true that the upper chamber has to be refilled to achieve 1000 ml, it will brew a 1000 ml. Also since I use a coarse grind I do not use the supplied filters and get very little grinds in the final product. You have to realize the coffee absorbs some of the water and the fresher the coffee, I roast my own, the more water is absorbed. So another than adding water this setup is hands free after setting the drip rate. Go to Nispira's website for instructions on how to brew. Overall I am please with this brewer. It is made with a metal valve rather than plastic and the quality is good. So if you want a good pot of cold drip brew give this one a try.

Wonderful product. It's simple, elegant and fits on my small countertop. Pros: it does what it's sopposed to do; make strong low acidity coffee comcentrate. Easy to clean and compact yet looks good enough that you don't need to stash it when you have company. Cons: some of the glass is delicate like the dust cover for the syphon piece. It's small so if you use it every day or for company and friends you will find the 750 ml limit (that's the max you can make before the elixir is touching the grounds) is quite limiting and having enough joe is a uphill battle. That being said it's the best bang for the buck I've seen and it would be cheaper to buy two of these than one of the slightly larger and fancier models for close to the same results

1. The 1L capacity means nothing because the grounds chamber only holds 50g. Even at 10:1 ratio you'll only use at most 1/2 of the product capacity. 2. No documentation, assembly instructions, or even brewing recommendations. It's just lazy. 3. The claim "6-8 cups" is just misleading garbage. It's 1L. If you're going to claim it can make an amount, explain how to get that much drinkable product. I'd love to know how you're literally breaking physics to produce that much, including whoever answered that a concentrate can be made after knowing point 1. 4. Over half of the dripper dial is useless. It's mostly just closed, continual pour, drip every 2 seconds, or practically a breath away to drip every 3 seconds until the water surface tension actually becomes greater so it stops dripping. These settings all occur in about the same point but with the tiniest nudges. 5. The reservoir is held up by two unstable rods screwed to the base rings. They could've put in the absolute least effort and made it a tripod but apparently that's not the price point. Don't waste your money.

Update: When I reached out to the seller, Coffee and Toy, instead of the manufacturer they replied within minutes and offered to send a replacement right away. EXCELLENT customer service and I will buy from them again without hesitation! As stated below, 5 star product when working properly. I really want to love this product, but the valve that controls the drip speed is defective. The internal portion is not lined up with the housing, making it very difficult to control. Without constant supervision it will either stop completely or overflow. I have tried to contact Nispira through their website three separate times and have not received any response from them. When we are able to get it to work, the coffee is excellent! The glass is quite fragile as expected, which makes cleaning more stressful than difficult. If I could get a replacement valve this could be a 5 start product!

I bought this cold brew maker for my husband's birthday last year. We loved it at first and enjoyed the delicious coffee for some months. Less than a year into it we started having problems with it. The valve is faulty and it stops dripping in the middle of the process or the coffee chamber overflows and what a mess in the morning... with no coffee. Ugh! When purchasing this product one of my concerns was product replacement because of all the glass. The reviews said that customer service was great and replacement parts were easy to get..... Bologna! I have written messages through amazon... nothing... no phone number anywhere on the internet.. I checked far and wide. They have an email page that gets blocked when you send a message out. So, nope I do not recommend! All I want to do is purchase a replacement valve. There are plenty other options out there.

This is a pretty good cold brew coffee maker. The glass is heat proof and high quality, and despite other reviews, I don't see it breaking unless it really drops on a hard surface. The most important component for a quality cold brew is the drip valve and the one included is excellent and keeps a pretty consistent rate from start to finish. It also looks stylish on the counter. I wish the metal base and the metal water reservoir holder used heavier metal and that build quality was a bit better. During assembly, 2 screws were difficult to thread, and the coffee and water container can be placed off center because of the design. Lastly, if you're brewing at the industry recommended 1:11 ratio of coffee to water you can't brew more than 700 grams of coffee, because the grind cup can only hold that much.

When we first received the product one of the pieces did not fit. Contacted customer service, fantastic and quick response. Replacement piece received. This is a lovely piece of art that makes GREAT COFFEE!!!

The moment I open the box the lid was already broken so I didn’t even open the rest of it

The valve lets water go through without any resistance. Literally no difference wether I use it or not, very disapointed.
