Any advice for keeping these white?

So far mine are still white. I disinfect them with an alcohol or Lysol wipe.

I use Lysol wipes to keep germs off. It has not gotten dirty to really deep clean.

Is it machine washable?

My items are still clean. I wipe them down to kill germs with a Lysol or alcohol wipe. I don’t use the wrist rest at all
