Very effective exercises in a safe training setting
This book is a very useful compilation of many varied teambuilding exercises. The exercises train essential skills for the purpose of good and satisfying interactions between people. The book combines seriousness and playfulness in a harmonious mixture. By executing the various exercises teambuilding can be experienced and trained in a safe setting. I think these insights and skills could hardly be achieved to the same extent in daily life or working environment. Great resource for educators!
If you are looking for team building activities, this is the best resource I have found! I teach 9th grade students and in one of my courses, we incorporate a lot of team building exercises. The activities in this book are straight forward and easy to implement. Most exercises require no materials or just a pen/paper. The video links are also very helpful. Sometimes I show the videos to students instead of explaining the activity because it gives them a visual for what we will be doing. In all honesty, I debated buying this book since the activity videos are on YouTube. However, I am glad I decided to make the purchase. The book gives variations and processing questions for each activity as well as explanations about why and when you should use each activity.

Very helpful team building games
I highly recommend this book! There are so many kinds of team building games and it is a great addition to my daily practice as a teacher in the performing arts. The exercises are well explained and the videos are helpful. Very valuable for people who work with groups of people. 10/10 would recommend.
