I am very interested in buying it! but does it come with warranty? also, how does the warranty work? thank you

Yes, this product has an warranty. Here is our policy: https://rb.gy/0nwndz

Is the Maple wood top a legit Ergotron option or a copycat fake listing?

Came damaged. Not happy about it. Do not know if it’s fake, But the way it was packaged speaks volumes.

Will it hold the extra screen standing on it?

It will hold up to 15 lbs so if your screen plus what ever else your putting on this weighs less than 15 lbs you should be fine
