Great pack and the Hydra bladder is awesome and really does keep water cool when you start with some ice in it. I'd say it stays cool here in the Texas summer for a good couple of hours.Lots of space in this little pack and you can add to it on the outside areas. The shoulder straps are very comfortable and the added chest and waist belts are great. Plan on buying another. Also the customer service seems to be great as they did a follow up to make sure I liked what I received. And the warranty looks to be great as well. If anything breaks or fails on its own... They take care of it. Now if you tear it up or put nails in the bladder... I'm sure that won't be warranted.Thanks diazsports for a great product!JD

I looked over backpack and workmanship appears great. ONE THING I DID NOTICE WAS A ABSENCE OF HOW TO CLEAN THE H2O BLADDER. IT MAY SEEM LIKE “COMMON SENSE” FOR ONE AND BE PEANUT BUTTER TO ANOTHER. REMEMBER WE HAVE C19 TO CONTEND WITH NOW AND SOME FEEL IT WILL BE WITH US FROM NOW UNTIL RAPTURE. CLEANING

I've used this for one hike so far. It is a sturdy pack and the perfect size for a day hike. I wish it came is more appealing colors like purple, but I figured it would be on my back, so I wouldn't have to look at it that much. The tan color at least doesn't show the trail dust.The hydration bladder is 3 liters and is covered with army green foam to insulate. The water in the tube didn't get hot, but it was still warmer than the water in the bladder. There is one Velcro tab in the center or the bladder pouch. It fits through the slots in the top of the bladder and holds it up fine. It would just make more sense to have two to match the bladder.A nice feature is the extra zipper to compress the large pouch. The pack is large enough to hold a first aid kit, two lunches, a light jacket and more. I also like the chest and waist straps.Hopefully this will give me many years of use.

Nice back pack for the price. Has 2 pockets that zip closed. Adjustable straps as well as a strap to secure the pack across your chest and one for around your waste. Has a hydration bladder pocket and comes with a hydration bladder as well.

3 stars. I also have a Camelbak that’s about 10 years old. Side by side, It’s easy to see where the extra money goes with the Camelbak. I’m not complaining. This pack seems like I got my money’s worth. However, I would advise the manufacturer to use a bladder that is higher quality. I just wouldn’t trust my water supply to a bladder that feels like it could get pierced by a long stare. So, I’ll have to buy one (other bladder) which will put my total purchase at around $80, which is what I would’ve paid had I just bought another Camelbak.UPDATE: following day. I filled the bladder and left it in the sink overnight. There was no leakage. But, I still think they should provide a bladder of higher quality.FINAL UPDATE: After sitting in the sink for 3 days, both upside down and rightside up, it leaked about 1/2 of the water. I purchased a mil-spec 3L bladder from Camebak and the difference between bladders is very apparent. And the Camelbak bladder fit perfectly.

I do like the well made backpack, the zippers work smoothly and is constructed of a sturdy material. the bladder is what I was looking for. The thing I don't like is the bite valve is small and is restrictive in its flow.

I use this for mountain biking, hiking and camp trips with my young grandson (Its perfect size and weight for him to carry). The 3 Liters of water is awesome - i haven't run out on any of my ventures yet and we do some long, epic rides in these Virginia hills. Its easy to drink from and easy to clean. This pack is well made. Plenty of room for gear and very comfortable even when fully loaded. I would buy it again tomorrow. Customer service is excellent. I asked for a replacement mouth piece and they replaced my entire bladder!!! They replaced the pack itself when one of the shoulder straps tore out.

It's a great little pack, color and size. the bladder is a good capacity but the mouthpiece leaks at the shutoff valve while closed if the mouthpiece is below the bladder. When open and drinking, the mouthpiece aerates the water to about 4 parts air to 1 part water. If you suck light to medium, no water at all, just air.Took out the bladder and tested at sink and sure enough, it's leaking from the shutoff valve at the mouthpiece.Had to look into buying another bladder, or hose, or mouthpice and repair myself. ends up costing about another 40 bucks to repair. but after that, its a nice little pack
