It is better than the apple charge pack also no compatibility issues. The button to active the charger could be a little more obvious

Everything works very well but i turned it on one day and it didn’t charge and i take care of all my things so i gace it a day and it still did not charge

This is the 6th battery case I’ve owned and it works the best. I nearly charges my phone twice over again.

UPDATE: after a few weeks of use, the case no longer charges my phone. Case charges completely but once powered on, within 30 seconds in turns back off. It’s now just a really heavy phone case. Updated review to two stars; great while it lasted.I’m not used to a heavy phone. I’ve been using slim cases for years but the added weight is an easy trade off for not always being tied to a plug and worrying about bringing a charger everywhere I go. I let my case y phone throughout the day and only plug up overnight to recharge both the phone and case. Will get hot if you’re using your phone while charging.

This is a good battery case with a reasonably good battery life. But follow the manufacturer's instructions for how to engage and disengage your phone to the case. Pay attention to the details or you can easily damage the unit.

Lighter than most battery packs - offers excellent battery life
