Are the mounting holes spaced to be screwed into 16-inch on center wall studs?

can i use it with a Dell PowerEdge 2950 Server

What are you folks using to support a 1u ups at the bottom? i removed the "bar" from the top and wedged it under the ups so that works for now...

Is there a hole liner to reduce cable chafe at two rear inlets? i will need to lead 24 cat 6a fairly stiff shielded cables into unit? suggestions?
