The pillow is fluffy, as voluminous as my husband's overstuffed synthetic pillow, but it is very very soft. I am a side sleeper and like to stuff my pillow around my neck. This works perfectly, even with the pillow straight out of the box. I am a light sleeper and this pillow really helps me sleep; it is like a little cloud. It is so hard to choose the perfect pillow; I wanted to write this review because of other reviewers who helped me to buy something that I really love.

This is the exact pillow that Four Points and Westin hotels use. As a flight attendant, I get to try a lot of different hotel pillows on layovers, and having a good one definitely makes a huge difference. If you get headaches or neck fatigue or are a side/stomach sleeper, this is the best pillow you'll ever try. It even squishes down to take up a tiny amount of space in the carry on.

This soft down pillow made good night’s sleep even better. Odorless and just the right degree of loft. Unable to locate in several brick/mortar store searches. Took a chance and was rewarded. Perfect!

Sleep, like everything else takes a quiver of weapons for all occasions. This pillow is soft and "squishy" for keeping head low, but supported. Excellent quality! Will be getting the denser models to complete my needs.

I am now the proud owner of TWO of these pillows. The first one I purchased is just a bit flatter (not as much fill). These are by far, the highest quality pillow I've ever used. I want a pillow that I can smush around and get just right. This one does it. There's not a feather in it, it's ALL down. The softest ever!

This is hands down the best pillow. No cap. Fluffy & soft. It’s like a marshmallow had a baby with cotton candy and they made this pillow! In all seriousness, I am writing this review bc most often people write about negative experiences but I had to tell the world this pillow is THE BEST!

Wanted a soft pillow but not a FLAT PILLOW!

The filler is quite soft with absolutely no quills - thus five stars for the filling. But the big turn off for me is the cover - minus two stars. It is so stiff and uncomfortable I have to put another pillow over it - which is unfortunate since it is costly. I am hoping it will soften over time with use.
