If you are constantly busy or moving around, and you workout a lot then this is perfect.You can add your milk in the bottle and put your protein powder in one of the compartments and put your vitamins in the other compartment. Leaks from the top
It’s quality and color are very nice but when it comes shaking it leaks from the top because it doesn’t close completely and i have to keep holding it tight while shaking to avoid leakage or spillage. It supposed to close and hold tight by itself but it doesn’t.
