i would like to use this for shoulder warm up. What size would you recommend? Thank you

The 4Lb is great for warm up and work out. The 6lb is too heavy for warm up and the 2LB is too light. I have all 4 weighted clubs and I mainly use the 4lb for everything. The only time I used the 2LB is when I injured my shoulder at work and was building my strength back to normal.

Who this help with high arc softball swing?

I’m on the fence with this since most reviews are from golfers. Are there any transfers for sports where it is a direct rotational speed movement?

There are many ways to train rotational movements. I like the rmt club but a med ball would be a better tool for rotational power training imo
