Sidex Elbow Brace Compression Sleeve, Arm Support for Tendonitis, Golf, Bowling, Tennis, Weightlift, Reduce Pain and Promotes Recovery, Large

My elbow quit hurting much more after putting this brace on. My only complaint about the brace is, that it is a bit tight for being a large, and it sometimes feels as if it is cutting off my circulation. Other than that, it really seems to be helping more than my Ace tennis elbow brace.

I started to greatly.increase the volume (number of sets/repititions) I was doing and got some pain from tendonitis in my elbows. Ice and rest has significantly reduced it, and using the sleeves has helped keep it from coming back. I recommend them for prevention.

very nice brace was using a neoprene witch worked well but made my arm sweat so I didn't wear it long needed something to work on my 20 acre cutting trees hauling wood yard work this brace I can wear while working so was worth the money will buy again.

I like this compression elbow brace, but I wish it was a longer. Yes, it states it's an Elbow brace, but if they made a longer one which covered more of the forearm it would be better. I have both Tennis Elbow and Golfer's Elbow in my right arm as well as Tennis Elbow in my left arm. This provides some good compression on my elbow, but hasn't really relieved the pain entirely. I don't know too much about copper compression sleeve's, but lots of reviews and television commercials say copper really helps. If this was made with copper infused in it and longer I think it would work great for me. It already has a nice thickness to it, but as I said, I would like it to be a little longer like those copper compression sleeves. So most of the time I just wear it on my left arm to help with the Tennis Elbow on that side and I bought a longer copper infused sleeve for my right arm, but it's thin unlike this one and because it's thin it doesn't help much. If you have problems with just the elbow then this would work good for you. If your pains run from your elbow all the way down to your wrist like me then it won't help that much.The nice thing about it is that it doesn't slide down. It stays in place the whole day and even if you sleep with it on.

Large fits too tight you may want to order in an extra large to be safe. My arms are not vey big and it fits too tight.

Great compression, tough build and eases my tendonitis.

Out of the box it works just fine I'll update this later once I wash it and get more time with it
