This does not work.

For two years I have tried all kinds of products and this one plus I-cool works for me, hasn't completely taken them away but I don't have them every 45 minutes anymore. One also has to have a better diet, exercise and fresh air :) Too much alcohol and sugar will really encourage those hot flashes!
