It’s an organic medicine. You really don’t know if it works until it doesn’t but I recommend this brand.

I was prescribed Meloxicam due to chronic inflammation in my lower back/hip area. I tried to stop taking it, and the next day I felt like I was in a car wreck, I was so sore in my lower back.I was concerned about the long term affects of taking the Meloxicam on my liver, so I started looking for alternatives. Turmeric pops up pretty quick when you begin to search. After a few different 3 pill per serving bottles, I came across this brand. Let me tell you the difference it has made. I no longer take the Meloxicam, I substituted it for this, and it works just as well. I also take another form of Turmeric with "Mervia" just to cover all the bases, but this stuff is amazing. Talked my dad into trying it too, he is in chronic pain. It really helps him too. Don't hesitate to try this out!

This is by far the best vegan turmeric on the market. 1 easy to swallow capsule. Give it a month of every day consumption b4 you judge the product. Natural supplements take time to build up potency and efficacy. One caviat, you must drink a full glass of liquid. If you don't, it might get stuck on the way down, you will burp up turmeric (personal experience) lol. Doesn't burn but you definitely feel it. Just follow up with more liquid. Oh the maca they sell is great too. Enjoy
