base broke in less than 1.5 years of low use
I liked this chair until the base broke after less than 1.5 yrs of casual use (used as home computer chair - average of 1 hr a day). Company would not replace because they said I had too long. I will not buy again.

Ball was sticky and uncomfortable. In the end, I moved to a standing desk. I'm sure it's a matter of preference. Just wasn't for me.
