I work in a warehouse doing dock work, heavy lifting all day and lots of body movement. I injured my hip flexor grade 2 strain, but wanted to stay working. Bought this to help support hip flexor and associated muscles while working. This brace is amazing! I no longer have sharp pain in hip flexor, I don't have any pain anymore, and can walk without a limp while wearing. It works so well that I have to remind myself I am injured and to slow down and heal! I would recommend to anyone who suffers hip issues or related muscle strains. Actually, everyone should just have on in their stash in case.

I bought this prior to hip replacement surgery. I was hoping it would alleviate some of the pain. In retrospect, I don't think this was designed for the purpose I bought it.
