1st Machine needed to be replaced, 2nd machine also not working
This is the first 1 star review I am ever leaving . As a business owner I don’t like to put it other businesses down . However , in this instance , I highly recommend against buying this machine or any machine from Spaceman . The staff at the service center are friendly and responsive , but this amounts to little after spending over 5k on a machine that has not produced any revenue for my business. 1st machine arrived and did not function . Second machine is also defective …. There are other options .

Small and Easy Ice Cream Machine
For the money, this machine beats anything else from Taylor or Saniserv that I have had for small buffet services. Freezes fast, easy to clean. The hardness control is inside the side panel on this machine, which is good if you don't need to change the hardness, but you have to take panel off to set it for the product which takes a bit more time.

New ice cream machine never used and had to be serviced. Machine still not working. Stop giving people the run around.
