WORKPRO 7.2V Cordless Grass Shear & Shrubbery Trimmer

I was looking for an alternative to a traditional string trimmer due to the narrow and low areas I need to trim grass around (under/around fencing, tight corners etc). Took a shot with this hand trimmer and am THRILLED with my purchase. I've only used the grass shear attachment so far but it works great. Very powerful and trims consistently. I felt like I used it for quite some time and the charge held no problem. The attachment head is super easy to pop on/off. You do get a little hand-crampy from having to hold the power trigger down but this thing works so well I can ignore that. Would recommend 100%.

Good quality for price. Obviously not a $100+ piece of equipment but gets the job done just as well. Easy to use. Figured it out and got it running right away without reading instructions. Came charged enough to test out. Cuts down fine grass and thicker stemmed plants with no issues. Small and compact. I love that it came in the color pink.

Lightweight and fairly ergonomic to hold and use, except for the deadman switch. This is a small tab on the top of the trimmer that you must push forward, and hold in place with your thumb, while your trigger finger starts and stops the motor. Especially if I am wearing gloves, I find that I frequently somehow slip or fail to exert enough continuous pressure on that switch to keep it engaged. When that happens, the device stops. That is intended to serve a safety purpose, but I could wish it were less fussy. For the price, it does a very good job of cutting grass.

This could possibly one of the greatest purchases I have ever made. This thing works excellent, has fantastic battery life, weighs next to nothing, and is super quiet!! I have lots of trimmers, gas included. When you have a small area to clean up, this thing is the BOMB!! Worth every penny!!

This trimmer is a good value. It was only around $20, and it has worked very well for me. It has a good cutting action and is easy to hold and move when you are down trimming grass in corners, along edges, and in skinny flat spaces. Very easy and quick to change between the grass shear and the trimmer heads. When the battery gets low, just plug it in and let a charge for a few hours. I have really enjoyed this, it has made trimming grass for me in hard to get places a lot easier and quicker.

I love this thing! Please let it hold up!! I got it to trim the tall grasses away from our steps going down into the river. I used the grass shear attachment and was able to do the whole area in one charge, with battery to spare. I have several other uses in mind and I feel, after seeing it power through some significant heavy growth, that it will do the job.

Nice, lightweight trimmer, comfortable to hold. Enjoyed using it off and on for 15 months to edge around sprinklers or light trimming on bushes, but then it suddenly wouldn't charge any more. We only used it a couple of times a month, if that. My thumb got a workout pushing the power switch on, especially when I needed to turn it on frequently as I worked my way around the yard. It takes a little force. Wish we could replace the battery and get the trimmer working again instead of having to buy a whole new trimmer.

I rarely write reviews, however, this little gadget deserves recognition! It was exactly what I needed to neaten up areas of my flower beds and other areas in the yard that didn’t necessarily need the big guns heavier tools. But don’t be fooled! This tiny might is tough and mowed down grass/small limbs that I really didn’t think it could handle.All I can say is GET IT

Great little cordless shears. They do an excellent job. They are very easy to use. I enjoy going out and weeding around my garden with them. The only problem that I see is: Where do you buy replacement parts, like a new set of blades and the cord to charge the machine?

Cuts lavender like a hot knife! The battery lasted as long as my back, a good way to make me stop. Tendonitis relief!!
