I don't believe there is a choice, it only comes with medium.

What is the difference between the bite sized rounds and the crispy rounds??

I'm guessing bite sized is just that, a size made to be eaten in one bite. Crispy rounds are a bigger version of bite size.

Sent this to my son at college so I didn’t taste it. He said the salsa was good and he thinks it was mild. Unfortunately the chips they sent were expired and stale so I can’t recommend you order this. I ended up buying him other chips and mailing to him, so waste of time and money.
