This is a really tasty salsa mix. One envelope calls for approximately 10 cups of tomatoes. I wanted to make peach salsa so I did 5 cups chopped peaches and 5 cups chopped tomatoes. Canned it all in mason jars. Excellent !

Great homemade salsa mix
Great product love using this brand my parents use it all the time for there's as well. Love its a 6 pack and decent price for all of them. You can get it different spice levels. I've only tried the mild so far haven't used any of the other ones. The packets are a decent size.

Best flavor
This salsa always has the best flavor! Simple to use and not expensive at all. We've used this for a few years now with our garden veggies and it always turns out perfect.

Great taste
I was surprised at how good this tastes, I made a double batch of 10 pints with 2 packs of the mix using my garden tomatoes and 6 months in it tastes as good as the first day. I like it with chips and as a topping for tacos, enchiladas and other types of Mexican food It's also a good for a low carb diet such as toppings for hamburger patties and flavor booster for other low carb applications. I just used regular slicing tomatoes because I didn't grow any meatier Roma types this year, I used the blanch and ice method of peeling then cut into chunks and heated before putting in jars to can....to prevent them becoming too watery I used a slotted spoon to transfer to jars leaving some water behind which left the last jar with a bit more liquid than the first 9 which can be used in recipes that don't require a thicker texture or can be used in a drink mix. The cost is much cheaper than buying in the store at 64 cents per pint vs $2.54 for Pace chunky salsa.

Absolutely amazing flavor.
I just started making salsa last year and I had used this particular brand of salsa mix and I have to say I have had people rave about my salsa every single time I have made it. I will not trust another brand when I make salsa other than this. It has such great flavor great quality of ingredients and easy to follow recipe
