Is this paint oil based or water based as ALL the oil based Dulux&Crown paints used have yellowed x4 in the North facing hall - VERY frustrating.

Yes oil based .We purchased this at request of professional decorator who applied it on to under coat. So far no sign of yellowing on any of the doors he did.I could see from the trouble he went to that this was not a typical DIY paint (non-drip and or quick drying for instance) but the end result has been very good.
