Howling Dogz Grass Fed Beef Bully Sticks, (5) 6 inch

I bought this product because my puppy likes to chew on various things. I was hoping to divert his chewing attention to this product. I am not sure if I would have succeeded becuase I could not endure the test longer than 30 minutes for the reason #1, below. I am giving three stars because I absolutely hate it but my dog seems to like it, a lot. I am not sure why my dog likes it but here are the reasons why I hate it. First, it failed the smell test. It smells horrible!!!!! My dog's breath smelled horrible after he chewed on it. (I hope the smell goes away soon!) The bad smell lingered in the room, too. Granted this is my first purchase of "bully sticks" so I am not sure if it smells worse than other bully sticks. However, the only way to describe the smell is that it's like rotting sewer in hot summer days. Secondly, it's not cheap. About $3.20 for a 6" stick so I am out $16.00 for something that went into garbage within 30 minutes of it's arrival. Like I said, my puppy seems to like it but this is not something i will buy again, ever!

I opened the package and the smell set me back, but I am so glad I didn't let that put me off. I have Akita puppies that are large puppies and they will chew anything wooden or that is made of leather including my dinning room table and my shoes and purses. As soon as I gave them these they will only chew on these and they hold up really well don't let the small size full you. I am so glad I got these it has saved my furniture, purses and shoes.

My 17 wk old little "Frenchie" Gracie really enjoys these chews. I don't leave her unsupervised while enjoying and put the unfinished bully stick in a bag back in the freezer for another time. I keep them in the freezer to help soothe her with teething. If the piece gets too small for her to "hold", I'd rather throw it out than worry about chocking!

My dog loves these, but boy do they stink.My pup had a real tough time with a molar coming in and between the bully sticks and cracked ice cubes (she's little so I had to break cubes up)we got through it. Great chew but her breath smells like a cow's behind after one of these! Lol

These are the best bully sticks for dogs! My pups go crazy when I open up this package. I have a mini aussie and an aussie mix. One loves bones, while the other hates them. However, they both absolutely love chewing on these bully sticks! I'm glad I finally found something they both like. These don't have a strong odor and they're actually bigger than I expected them to be. Order shipped faster than I expected. Highly recommend!

The personalized note inside was very sweet from the company. My dogs seem to do okay with these. I have to be careful b/c they are all under 20 pounds and 2 have sensitive stomachs. So far so good.

My dog loves it but I will not buy again because she keeps chewing and the already chewed stick goes into her throat as she tries to get to the more solid part. It made her throw up because of that.

These smell horrible but my 5 month old puppy lives them and is quiet in her crate for hours with them. This allows me to sleep.

The bully sticks were good but 134 dollars was way too much for them.
