Back to #1 ??? ..err?
...well, let's see if the "relaunch" address the *itches I was going to enumerate, tho going from 12 issues to 10 and now 6 a year? As a reader since 1965 I wish them the best, ..but me, I'm skeptical that "heavy paper" and +20 pages will be enough.

which I would highly recommend: Motorcycle Consumer News-which does not accept any advertising
I've been a subscriber of this magazine for 5-6 years. I get this and one other magazine, which I would highly recommend: Motorcycle Consumer News-which does not accept any advertising. This magazine does have advertisements and they don't really bother me, but from time-to-time I suspect there are some "influences" in the reviews, but all in all I get a fairly comprehensive write up on newly released motorcycles/gear/tools and assorted motorcycle products, industry trends and updates, travel stories, tons of great photos, informative letters and lots more. All types of motorcycles are represented. I particularly like the articles where two or more similar bikes are compared. Try it for a year. See if you like it. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Motorcyclist review
I got this magazine during a subscription sale which was around $6 for the year or so. It is comparable to Cycle World but there aren't as many adds as in Cycle World which is a good thing. The articles were well written and there were a few magazines that I found worth keeping. For the price I can't complaint too much but eventually I decided not to renew the subscription.

Best Cycle Mag for 25 Years.
I've been a Motorcyclist reader for at least 25 years, back in the days of Nick Ianatsch (sp?) It's still the best mag for the sport as far as I'm concerned. However, I'm going back to a print subscription. Maybe it's just the Old Fart in me, but when I read something I want to turn pages. I want to cut out articles and keep them in a folder. Yes, yes, I'm a Luddite. But I like to read without the battery dying.

same old same old.
It is okay some of the product reviews are interesting. It is basically the same magazine it was 30 years ago. I will look through the articles and ads. It was worth it for the introductory rate. I would not renew my subscription even at the bargain rate.
