Purchased these to replace a bamboo board we'd had for ...
Purchased these to replace a bamboo board we'd had for years. Took them out of the package to wash before using, placed them on a dry counter not in water, came back a few hours later and two of the boards cracked at the handle. Very disappointing to find that even before we got a chance to use them the had broken,

One star short of 6...
Not sure what to say...they work. You put them down, put food on them, and the knife goes through the food and not the board. Not hard to clean, but if it washed itself I'd give it 6-stars.

Great Set of Cutting Boards
This is a great set of bamboo cutting boards. They are great quality and seem like they will last for a long time. They are made out of bamboo, so they will not dull knives, they are antibacterial, moisture resistant, and durable. They are great sizes, and have a lot of space on them when you are cutting food. They all have handles on them to grab them and move them around easily. The largest one has a stamp on the corner that says meat. One of the smaller ones has a stamp that says vegetables and the other smaller one has a stamp that says cheese on it. When I say smaller, that is relative to the bigger one because even the two smaller ones are still big. It is great to get a set of three cutting boards that are all large boards with no small boards. It is nice to have a set of matching cutting boards as well. They look great individually and as a set. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a great set of quality, bamboo cutting boards. My Favorite tools in the kitchen. i feel once you have the PERFECT cutting board all the cooking work becomes much easier. I like that the set has two sizes. I've used the little once for small cuts like chives and small fruit. but the big one has a lot more work. watermelons, meat etc. Very comfortable and pretty!
