Actually sent some to family in Cali!!

I love this cheese and can't find it in my area. I ordered it, but it took to long to ship and got here nasty.Also when I cut it, it crumbles as though it had been frozen. The texture and taste was off from the one time I found it in the store.

The most wonderful cheese - am so pleased I can get it via Amazon. it's costly, but we love it.
