I recently purchased a set of grounding sheets, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. At first, I was skeptical about how much of a difference they could make, but after just a few nights of using them, I’m a believer. The sheets are soft, comfortable, and well-made, but the real magic is in how they’ve improved my sleep and overall well-being. I’ve noticed I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more rested and refreshed. I also deal with occasional aches and stiffness, and while I can’t say the sheets are a cure-all, I’ve definitely felt less tension in my body since using them. Comfortable to sleep on and easy to wash and put on the bed. But I don't see any difference in my sleep or how I feel. My dog, however, scratches the blankets over so she can sled directly on the sheet--she's never done that before.

These sheets are very effective. The second my skin touched the fitted sheet I could feel an energy right away. I cannot explain the feeling other that the sheet felt alive. I used another bed and normal sheet in our house and the sheet felt "dead" to me compared to these sheets. The first or second night it is a little hard to fall asleep because they feel so energetic but by the third night I was used to the "energy" and slept well.

Maybe it’s a gimmicky placebo, but I’ve been waking up refreshed every day since I started sleeping on this fitted grounding sheet. It’s honestly uncharacteristic of me, but I’m becoming a morning person suddenly. I can’t remember the last time I woke up just after dawn feeling energetic… and hitting snooze is like being curled up in soft grass under a shade tree.

Very comfortable and really fosters a great, quality, deep sleep. The first few nights, had some really deep/real dreams. So I knew it was working. Feels great to sleep great every night with this grounding sheet.

I was skeptical to purchase this item and it was exactly what I expected it to be—just a sheet in a plastic bag, white label, no literature, and incomplete (missing cable). Terrible. Now I want to inspect it to see if I was shipped a used product.

I knew these were grounding sheets, obviously, but my husband did not. Tried them for a month before I asked if he had noticed any difference. He noticed nothing. Neither did I. For this brand, at least, the "benefits" are either a placebo effect or I got a bad set of sheets. Other than the grounding effect, this natural seems to be sturdy. Material is a bit stiff, but not uncomfortable. I still prefer bamboo sheets. Price was reasonable, I didn't notice a smell. Fit perfectly and easy to install.

I bought this for my mom, she has had back surgery and often gets woken up in the night from back pain ect. She has nothing but good things to say about these grounding sheets! She is sleeping better and feeling less pain. The sheets are holding up still and working as expected, and its been a month. Her most unexpected experience with these sheets: her husband is snoring significantly less!! He is a very loud snorer and she noticed an immediate change. Would recommend!!

I have no regrets as it’s a nice sheet, and maybe it’s helping, but it’s not the miracle I was hoping for.

The sheet would work if the cord had continuity but unfortunately the cord doesn’t work so the sheet doesn’t ground. If you purchase make sure to check with a meter or you’re just using another run of the mill bed sheet.
