The truth - I am a regular person, not a paid reviewer. Here is my honest opinion of this casket I bought from this company. I am a Registered Nurse, and also a Funeral Director and Embalmer. My opinions of caskets from outside unknown sources or companies have been very skeptical and low, because I have lots of inside information on the horror stories of things and events that have occurred during funerals while some cheap and poorly made caskets were purchased, trying to save a buck or two. s. For the past several years, I have been researching caskets online and have intended to purchase one to keep at my home in the garage for whoever in the family might pass away first. It has been one of those things on my "back burner" that I had intended to do, but had not gotten around to it. I mean, who really wants to think about their own family members or themselves dying, right? Well, I have first hand knowledge that it is a reality, and eventually someone in the family is going to pass away. Do you realize that caskets at the funeral home range from approximately $3000 to $20,000? This is accurate, because it was my job to sell them to people. I never ever pushed one or the other. I got no commission. But, when your loved one has died, it is absolutely overwhelming to walk into a room full of caskets and have to pick one for them, because the decision has to be made right away. There isn't time to think about it. There are many different gauges of metal, types of wood, colors, themes, and it will overwhelm you. You don't have to spend $6000 on a casket to prove your love for your mother when she dies. The money will be better spent paying bills and expenses in your household. There are plenty of other expenses in the funeral arrangements also. Nevertheless, I digress. My dear sweet Momma, whom I loved very much (she was my best friend), had been in hospice since July of 2018. She was in her early 80's. I cared for her at home. Hospice means that death is imminent. My mom was fortunately able to get up and walk around with the help of a walker, and my sister and I provided the care for her that she could not do for herself. Long story, full of love and respect. Anyway, time was ticking, and I knew I had to get a casket now, or I would be paying $4000 to $6000 soon. My mom couldn't afford life insurance. So, I search on Amazon because I trust Amazon, and know they have excellent customer service if there are any problems. I looked for caskets, and narrowed it down to 3. An ebony and silver one, a pretty dark blue one, and this one, the White Christian themed one. I was going to purchase the blue one with the rounded corners, because I really liked it. I decided to ask my Mom, because after all, it would be HER casket, not anyone else's. It should be what SHE likes, not what I like. Her eyesight had grown dim, but I could explain to her although she could not see the photos. She decided and told me that she liked the white one, that had crosses on the corner panels, praying hands on the hardware, and the Lord's Prayer on the inside of the head panel (which shows when the casket is open). I decided it should be what she likes, not what I liked. I researched it up and down as much as I could. I was skeptical. I knew things other people didn't know about these "unknown caskets". I did like the fact that it was 18 gauge steel, and it had a rubber seal, to seal when the casket closed. I also liked the color of the hardware and the fact that the hand rails were hinged, and raised up and down. The price was very reasonable, so I used my Amazon Chase Visa and purchased the casket, even thinking that we would get 5% back from the purchase. Even better savings. So, I ordered it.Within the next couple of days, I received a call from the company, to verify the purchase. I appreciated that, because after all, what an important purchase that is. He was kind, and told me that it would be shipped within the next couple of days, and asked if I needed it shipped to a funeral home, or elsewhere. I told him it would come to my home, because we did not immediately need it, but it would be soon. I appreciate the way this company did business. In the next couple of days, I received a call from the shipping company that would be delivering it to my home. (I wish I could recall their name). The VERY nice lady asked me what day would be best, and told me that it would be delivered, and that I needed to be home to receive it (or some other adult). In the phone call, she also initially gave me her condolences about the impending loss of my family member, which was above and beyond what she needed to do, because they were a shipping company of all kinds of goods, not only caskets which would be an anomaly to them. She spoke kindly to me, and asked me what day I would prefer delivery. I chose that next Thursday in January. That day it arrived, the driver called me to let me know he was on the way. It arrived and I was blown away. It was packaged and packed perfectly for protection. On a wooden pallet, encased in a wooden plywood, cardboard, Styrofoam and plastic wrap. The deliver driver was excellent. Their policy was to drop it off at the residence, but he even offered to help me get it into the garage or the house. The neighbors were watching, and my Mom, sister and I got a laugh at "what will the neighbors say" that we had a casket in our driveway. We promply took it into the garage, but first.............On Thursday, I went in to my house excitedly, telling my Mom that our casket had arrived and told her to come out to see it. I helped her outside. We unpackaged it in the driveway, but did not open the lid. It was in absolute perfect condition. No scratches, dents, no defects at all. 100% perfect. Mom was happy, and were my sister and I.That very following Saturday evening, my mother took a turn for the worse. It was January 19th. She went into respiratory failure, and because basically unconscious here at our home. There hospice nurse was so very supportive, and was there with us and for us. 24 hours later, my sweet mother passesd away on Sunday evening. What an absoluty blessing it was to have purchased the casket when we did. The funeral home came and picked up the casket on the next day, and took it to the funeral home. In Texas, it is agains the law for any funeral establishment to refuse to accept an outside casket, not purchsed in their facility. They were respectful and accommodating about it. My mom was placed into the beautiful and perfect casket. It was as good as ANY casket they had at the funeral home, and any casket I have ever seen in my 10 years of being a funeral director. Most important of all, Mom got to pick it out herself. It was what she wanted. I thank God for this casket and this purchase. It literallly saved me THOUSANDS of dollars, and I did not have to accept any less quality than what my mother earned and deserved for the love she showed me throughout my life. I HIGHLY recommend this casket, and any casket from this seller.

Beautiful casket
My brother passed suddenly and we only had about 4 days to plan the funeral. I was very skeptical about ordering a casket online but the funeral costs were so high we were looking to see where we could save money. I read the reviews and everything seemed positive. I paid for the expedited delivery and about two hours after I placed my order I got a call from the casket company confirming funeral home delivery. They wanted to ensure delivery went smoothly. I ordered on Wednesday morning and the casket arrived Friday afternoon ( viewing was Saturday). Casket was better looking than expected and I couldn’t of been happier with the quality and delivery. It’s was a beautiful final resting place for my brother
