ProtiDIET High Protein Key Lime Pie Wafer Bars, Low Sugar, 7 ct

Holy heck these are SO GOOD. They taste exactly like they say they should, aren't dry or chalky, and feel more like a treat/dessert than anything. If you like wafer/straw cookies, these are indistinguishable from what you'd find in that section of your market. They also have a decent amount of protein for their size and taste. I eat them for breakfast whenever I can, and when my chronic pain is bad enough to affect my appetite, these are small and light enough to ensure that I get some protein into me even on those days. If you're struggling to get more protein in your diet without doubling the amount of food you eat, these are a great option. I ESPECIALLY love that they have 10g of protein and managed to do it without nuts or legumes involved! I also have horrible peanut and tree nut allergies, and while it comes with the standard warnings about shared facilities, in all the boxes I've eaten, I've never had even a trace of cross-contamination symptoms. Enough that I reorder regularly without a second thought, and without worrying about where my EpiPen is when I open one. And I've become insanely sensitive recently. I'm not promising you should overlook the warnings on this or any product, you should always use your best judgement when doing risk assessment--but if you've been in this position with protein snacks, you know how much of a challenge zero nut exposure can be, and that the same warning can mean drastically different things in practice from company to company. I trust ProtiDiet to an extent that I don't trust anything else with that label. ProtiDiet is just a good brand in general, I'm finding. Especially for people who have texture aversions, i.e. thick or grainy, that make the standard protein drinks and bars feel more like a chore or a punishment than a snack. Their punches are the only protein drinks I can stomach. If your AudHD (or anything else that creates texture aversions) is making your protein journey miserable, definitely check out their whole lineup. Also Amazon wants me to comment on addictiveness and I can't tell if they're serious or not, so... They definitely do make you want to come back for more, sometimes twice a day!

Great tasting wafer bars!

These bars are a perfect replacement for the Optivia program snacks! They taste great! Lemon is my favorite! They are easy to take on the go and are half the price of Optivia. Perfect balance of protein and carbs to curb your appetite!

Good taste and good nutritional values. Key lime taste is good. Very pleased.
