Good kit of TO-220 hardware
This set of TO-220 heat insulators works fine for attaching anything that uses the TO-220 standard to heat sinks or PCBs without making an electrical connection in doing so. It includes everything but the heat sinks.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: nuts came included with mine!

Nuts were NOT included
The screws and insulating washers are fine, but no nuts were included, so I can't finish today.

The shoulder washers were all I needed and they satisfy
I'm not sure why there are so many complaints about people missing their nuts. Amazon sells all kinds of stainless steel metric fastener kits. If you are building electronic gear, you should stock up. I didn't bother with the cheap insulated heat transfer pads, as I exclusively use Keratherm, purchased from diyaudio.

Product good, needs metric nuts…
Overall the product is good. The shoulder washers fit perfectly and the thermal pads seem decent. As others have noted, the one missing element is that the kits do not include nuts. Furthermore, the nuts are metric and not that easy to get. If you included the nuts—even if metric—all would be well with the world.
