Not the one which I bought, its very soft and offers little support to the back

Hey guys... I went through the reviews and an elaborate one by a 72 year who's saying it's comfortable on recliner too. Please don't buy. The spine takes a toll. Not at all worth for spine issues. Don't waste your hard earned money. The pain aggravated.

Helped my back

Comfortable and supportive lumbar pillow that provides noticeable relief for lower back pressure during long hours of sitting. I had one of these and let my elderly dad have it for his recliner chair, so I got another one. I don't know why the recliner makers insist on making recliners with poofy headrests that protrude one's head forward and forcing the back to slump resulting in bad ergonomics and especially for older people who likely need firmer lumbar support anyway. This little pillow provides that lumbar support and, by its nature, pushes the back forward so that the headrest of the recliner is now more properly in line with the proper alignment of the head in relation to the back. It will take up some depth in the seat which is just the nature of the beast. This does work for my dad and for me and supports 200+ lbs, i.e., a wider back. Given the way it cradles the back, I'm sure it would be good for smaller sizes, too. The price is reasonable compared to other orthopedic-type pillows.
