STONE GROUND WHOLE GRAIN CORNMEAL 680G

One of the things I miss about the US - Cornmeal! And I love Bob's Red Mill! Thanks for making this available for shipping to Sweden!

I got a differently textured corn bread using this product, but it was tasty. For those with celiac disease, the gluten-free quality is probably truly welcomed. I don't have the condition, but thought I'd try it anyway as I am very fond of Bob's Red Mill products, in general. I recommend it to anyone who is a cornbread lover such as myself.Update: February 18, 2014I'm downgrading my rating to three stars from four. I don't really like the texture of the cornbread I make with this item as much as I originally thought. Gluten is used in bread-making and food processing, as well as occurring naturally in certain grains. I have total empathy for those with Celiac disease and gluten intolerance, but I don't generally find the gluten-free products on the grocery shelf to be anything special. I suppose the texture change could be acceptable over time, but I'm going to buy that old standby Albers yellow cornmeal next purchase. I tried this one only because it's a Bob's Red Mill product, which are usually of the highest quality. I simply cannot include this one with that consideration.

It was placed in an area the animals could get hold of it.

It is so good to have a place to go to purchase Gluten Free groceries. I like Bob's Red Mill products and only buy the shipping free items. Great product, easy shopping.

This cornbread mix tastes good, although, as most gluten-free products are, its too sweet for my my taste. Love the convenience of mixes.
