Strong Girl Pre-Workout Cosmopolitan Fruit Punch, 30 Count

Love this! I have tried many pre workouts, and this one works great. I am 5’9”, weigh around 150lbs and I typically use 1 full scoop. This supplement allows me to keep a focused workout for the entire length of my workout (around 1-1.5 hours). IFocus on strength building and less cardio/ weight loss. It typically kicks in about 10 minutes after drinking. The fruit punch flavor was gross at first, but now I am used to it. (On the other hand, my roommates love it) I have not noticed any extra bloating from it. You get many uses for the price. If you were to go with a preworkout from a supplement store it would cost anywhere from $40-$60. The only negative is when I first opened it all of the packaging came off. So whenever I need to refer to the information I must come back to this page. Great pre workout. Will be purchasing again, but a different flavor!

This pre-workout didn't have the intensity I was looking for. I ended up buying a different brand for my hardcore kickboxing workouts but this one will give me enough energy to get a decent workout in at the gym. Also, I'm not fond of the taste, it's definitely fake tasting and leaves a weird aftertaste in your mouth.

Works good, gives me the extra push I need at the gym. My only complaint is that it doesn't fully mix well. It tends to get a bit clumpy in the bottle.

Did not give me a kick of extra energy, but did give me a boost of energy and better focus. I would purchase again.

This really works for a pre-workout. I could feel it kick in when I usually would be fading.

I love this product. I tried it on my first Spartan race and man, did it work! It gave me plenty of energy and kept me motivated. It tasted good as well. Definitely worth the try and money.

Just enough of a boost to push me a little more during my workouts with no crash, no headaches and no jitters
