Sprinkl Conserve - Smart Weather Sensor (1st Generation , 2017)

Two things you should be aware of. Most importantly, the program for this device is stored in the Cloud and if you lose your Internet connection it cannot operate. So if you are a seasonal resident and leave your home for an extended period of time, there's the chance that your sprinkler could stop working and you'd loose your lawn.Secondly, the device is exactly as it appears in the description on the Amazon page. There is no cover for the box and those power connections are exposed to the world. Meaning that if you install on an exterior wall, it's exposed to rain, snow and little fingers who might come along.

Easy to install. Directions are great works well. I would give it more stars if I could control the sprinkler system more such as turn/off, control zones, timings, etc...

Needs to offer the ability to turn water op n and off. Would be 5 stars then

Amazing!!! I absolutely love this product! I loved it so much I upgraded to the new Control and love this one even more! For what ever reason I didn’t understand how to set it up correctly and I sent an email to their customer service department, I got a phone call that day! They walked me through the very simple process (not sure how I didn’t get it to begin with. It is very self explanatory) and like magic the system is all set!!! I can’t wait for their new product and will be stalking their website 😀 awaiting the release. If you are like me. I get so many conflicting opinions on how much time each area needs to be watered. That is why I can’t wait for the new “Sense” to come out so I don’t have to be an expert or guess anymore! Thank you all at Sprinkl for making something truly life changing!!! You have a customer for life! I love your product and your customer service is incredible!

Had issues with mine, no matter what I did it would never restrict watering. Even when the phone app indicated that watering was restricted the device always tuned on. A nice idea, and very good customer help, perhaps I just received a bad device, happens at times.

This little gadget totally works on our obsolete 8 year-old Cyber-Rain controller (Cyber-Rain is out of business) and it saved us $$ right off the bat because I didn't have to replace the controller but just added Sprinkl Conserveto it! We finally have connected control of our irrigation and here in L.A. It's going to save us a bundle over time as our water costs $.01 per gallon. Noel, one of the developers, even drew a wiring diagram for me, how cool is that? Thanks Noel!!!

I've tried installing this device at my home, the my rental, then my inlaws. Not one of these sprinkler units have the required components to hook these devices up. This seems like a big design flaw. I really like the concept of this device.

Fantastic product that helps you conserve water and manage your lawn watering schedule via your phone. I had trouble connecting my device to my older RainBird system. Not only did I get immediate response from my email for help, they sent a technician out to hook it up and make sure it worked! It helped that I live close to thier offices, but I've never had customer service like that before! Great product and even better customer care!
