Iron Brew Coffee (Breakfast Roast)

I had been looking quite a while for a smooth, low acid light blend. The description sounded perfect so I ordered it. Now it's my #1 favorite coffee with my favorite sweeteners. Delicious!

Very easy on my stomach, what I can was looking for !!!

Good flavor, good taste, good smells. Might be slightly better than your average grocery store blends. The grind was not consistent. There were a lot of big bits of coffee bean, as well as super fine grind. I ended up re-grinding the entire bag to make it consistent. Good for a breakfast blend, but not top of the line.

This is coffee. When deciding to try it I was searching the product page to see if it was something different. Words like keto, sugar free, gluten free, energy boost made me think there was something different with this coffee. Receiving the bag, I was happy to see this is just plain old good tasty coffee with many descriptive words that can be used to describe any caffeinated coffee.What this is:This is 100% premium Arabica coffee. It is single origin. It is Brazilian. To me, it looks fine ground (Not whole bean). It is Breakfast roast. It is light roast.To make:I brewed 1.5 cups. This is line 3 on my traditional coffee maker. I used two heaping scoops of coffee. Opening the bag, it smells fresh.It smells wonderful while brewing.To taste:Using the above measurement, this made a perfect cup of coffee for me. Not weak. Not overly strong. This is a flavorful NOT bitter cup of coffee. Slight natural sweetness. It reminds me of my favorite diner coffee or a premium version of the coffee my dad drank while I was growing up. Better than your average brand of coffee at the local grocery store.5 stars:This is a very good cup of coffee. To me, More like a cup of good diner coffee rather than a coffee shop. The price is awesome. Fairly priced. Very good cup of coffee. How could I not give it 5 stars?

I prepared myself a cup of coffee and I immediently noticed that this coffee has such a weak taste. I'm not sure if this has to do with the fact that it's light roast and I normally drink either medium or dark roast and hence why I found the flavor a bit weak. Personally I would not purchase this coffee.

After a week on vacation, staying in Holiday Inns (nice hotels, but the same WORST coffee across all the chains, even in South America!) I was excited to come home and find this Iron Brew coffee waiting for me.I used my Aeropress to make my morning coffee. The grind of this coffee is perfect for the Aeropress. Not so fine that it clogs the filter and makes it an effort to push the plunger down, and not too large to get all the flavor from the beans. I'm sure that the grind would work perfectly in drip coffee makers too. Mine is on the fritz, or I would have tried it in that as well.The taste is smooth and mild. Not bitter at all. I thoroughly enjoyed my coffee this morning.The price is average for a good coffee. Substantially less expensive than the favorite local coffee where I live, about the same as the higher end coffees you can buy in the grocery store, although I usually wait until they're on sale. Cost is about the same as a couple Starbucks coffees, so make your own and save some money!I recommend this coffee.UPDATE: The more I drink this coffee the more I like the taste and the fact that it doesn't give me heartburn on an empty stomach like some.

Summer is coming and I am already working on pefecting my cold brew techniques and ingredients. This Iron Brew is perfect for that. While there might other coffees that I prefer to use in my espresso machine, this one is a good choice for iced coffee.

Lightly roasted, and what I would call a medium grind ground coffee.Installation/setup: I brewed this in my pour over coffee maker with a paper filter, using 3 scoops for 3 cups of water. The coffee was strong, not bitter but has an unusual flavor to me that I can’t quite identify. It tasted good and stood up to the addition of sugar and milk.Final thoughts: I don’t know why they felt the need to add “keto”, “gluten & sugar free” in the description. I don’t think it is fooling anyone. Coffee is naturally all those things.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.
