Food Journal Paperback – November 26, 2012

It serves it's purpose. 4 Stars because I feel there could have been a column for protien and fiber. It also wasn't clear on whether the "fat" column was supposed to be grams or fat calorie content. I suppose you could just use your personal preference.

These journals are great.. I bought all of the colors offered because I loved them all. Everything you need to record your day of eating and exercise is here. They did a great job on this perfect product.
